Bob has been a Gemini employee-owner since 2014, serving as Vice President of Specialty Coatings, Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions and Vice President of Sales. He was appointed Vice President of International Business and Customer Experience in 2025.
Bob is a third-generation woodworker and finisher with more than 40 years of experience in architectural woodworking and wood coatings. He previously owned and operated Colorspec Coatings in Holbrook, New York, with his wife Lisa.
