Gemini Industries, Inc., a 100% employee-owned wood coatings manufacturing company, acquired substantially all of the assets of Rudd Company, Inc., an independently owned wood coatings manufacturer based in Seattle, Washington, in 2023. This acquisition has allowed Gemini to expand its product portfolio and reinforce its mission of providing high-quality wood coatings.
