Over time, as the focus of the business shifted almost entirely to lacquer products, the corporation’s name was changed from Gemini Products, Inc. to Gemini Lacquers, Inc. Eventually, it evolved into Gemini Industries, Inc. to better reflect the over-arching array of product offerings.
