During Stevenson’s previous tenure with Gemini, he led the IT team and built strong partnerships across departments, laying the groundwork for several key initiatives still in place today. Since then, he has expanded his expertise through leadership positions at Safran Cabin and most recently Paycom, where he spearheaded system improvements, data integration and operational transformations.
